TMUA Revision Timetable: An 8-Week Study Plan
This is a practical eight-week TMUA plan you can adapt to your own start date. It assumes your AS-level maths is broadly in place and you can give a few focused sessions each week. If your maths is strong you can compress the early weeks, and if it is shaky, or you have never met logic and proof, you should start earlier and give the content and reasoning phases more room.

How to use each phase
Weeks 1 to 2, content. The audit is the most important hour of the whole plan. You cannot fix what you have not identified, so read the official specification and be honest about the gaps. Week 3, reasoning. This is the week most students skip, and it is the one that separates a good score from an average one. Paper 2 tests logic and proof that school maths barely covers, so give it dedicated time using the free UAT-UK Notes on Logic and Proof. Weeks 4 to 5, technique. Make the maths and the reasoning quick. Practise by topic first so the methods become automatic, then add a clock in short bursts. Keep everything calculator-free from the start, since that is how you sit the real test.
Weeks 6 to 7, timed practice and mocks. Move to full 75-minute papers, then to sitting both back to back so the length feels normal. Review matters more than volume, so analyse every paper before moving on, as described in how to use TMUA past papers.
Week 8, taper. Ease off in the final days. Cramming new content the night before rarely helps and often hurts your sleep, which matters more on the day. Revisit your error log instead.

Yes. Treat it as a shape rather than a fixed schedule. Compress the content weeks if your maths is strong, or add weeks at the start if it is not, but do not cut the Paper 2 phase, since that is the part most students underestimate.
